Thank you for purchasing books from SMH Publishing LLC. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle orders for print books and ebooks.
1. Digital Products (Ebooks)
- All ebooks are delivered instantly via digital download or through the platform where you made the purchase (Amazon Kindle, Apple Books, Google Play Books, etc.).
- Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with download instructions or access to your ebook.
- No shipping charges apply to ebooks.
- Refunds for ebooks are generally not available due to the nature of digital products. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.
2. Print Books (Physical Shipping)
We currently fulfill print book orders through third-party print-on-demand services and major retailers (such as Amazon, IngramSpark, and others).
Shipping Times & Costs:
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, shipping method selected, and the weight of the order.
- Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are as follows (after the book is printed and dispatched):
- United States (Domestic): 5 – 12 business days
- International Orders: 10 – 30 business days (may vary by country and customs)
- Please note that these are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high order volumes.
- We do not control shipping once the order leaves our print partner’s facility.
Tracking:
- A tracking number will be provided via email once your print book order has been shipped.
- You can track your package using the link provided in the shipping confirmation email.
3. Order Processing Time
- Print books are printed on demand. Please allow 1–5 business days for processing before your order is shipped.
- During peak periods (holidays, new releases), processing time may be slightly longer.
4. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
5. International Shipping & Customs
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
- If your print book arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
- For lost packages, we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate. Refunds or replacements will be issued according to our Refund Policy.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or customs.
