At SMH Publishing LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Ebooks (Digital Products)

Due to the nature of digital products, all ebook sales are final. Once an ebook is downloaded or accessed, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or returns.

Exceptions may be considered only in cases of technical issues that prevent you from accessing the ebook after purchase. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with details of the issue, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve it (replacement file or refund at our discretion).

2. Print Books (Physical Products)

We accept returns or refunds for print books only under the following conditions:

• The book must be returned in its original condition (unread, undamaged, with all original packaging intact).
• You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the book to request a return.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Refunds will be issued only after we receive and inspect the returned book.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Books that have been read or show signs of use.
• Customized or special-order items (if any).
• Damage caused after delivery (e.g., during customer handling).

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a print book that is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Provide clear photos of the damage or issue along with your order number.
• We will arrange for a replacement or full refund (including original shipping costs) at our discretion.

4. How to Request a Refund or Return

Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.

5. Refund Processing Time

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order only before it has been processed and shipped. Once the book enters the printing or shipping stage, cancellations are no longer possible.
